You don’t want a LinkedIn Coach whose only advice is to “post more”, or worse: hits you with the same boring-ass advice you can find on Google.
Maybe you’re not even sure you want a LinkedIn coach bc you’re still not sure about LinkedIn and look – I get it. If you’d told me five years ago that I’d be LinkedIn’s #1 Hype Girl I would have LAUGHED.
I WON’T LIE –
I still get put off by the amount of ‘broetry’ on LinkedIn.
I know you know what I mean 👀 we’ve all seen it, haven’t we? Tech bros posting their ice bath routines, girl bosses sharing about how much money they made (...and obvs you can too, if you buy their course), and people posting about the ‘five things they learned’ last week. I assumed that was all LinkedIn was.
Now, I know better.
It took a deep-clean of my newsfeed… but I’ve now immersed myself in the side of LinkedIn where the cool people are. It’s a blend of corporate and entrepreneurship, and it’s packed full of creativity. It’s FUN.
It’s also full of opportunities for people in every kind of niche – I have yet to come across a type of business owner that LinkedIn doesn’t work for (seriously, we worked with one founder who posted about her experiences with aliens, and she has now connected with new investors in Los Angeles).
LinkedIn isn’t the enemy. Bad content is.
So now, I’m on a mission to help others create great content on LinkedIn. There’s OPPORTUNITY there when you start posting. We need less broetry and more of the creatives and small business owners getting in on it. I want you to be able to skip the hours spent battling for attention on other socials and go straight to what works.

Hi – I’m Nicole.
Your Personal Brand Coach who will not tolerate ‘broetry’ on LinkedIn, believes there’s more to life than worrying about what time to post, and will always hold you accountable – but will do it so kindly you almost don’t even realise that it’s happening.
I used to think LinkedIn was just something you were supposed to have, but never use. DEFINITELY not for creatives. Working in marketing on personal brand campaigns across Instagram and beyond was my bread and butter. But fast forward to around four years ago when I started working with founders who wanted to post on LinkedIn – I started noticing how much easier and FASTER it was to get opportunities from there.
Let’s spill some LinkedIn tea:
I’ve seen a £3M investment deal done in the LinkedIn DMs
I’ve seen a Channel 4 documentary created about a retreat founder because of her LinkedIn
I’ve seen countless new businesses succeed and become fully booked from LinkedIn
…it’s all from the founders who are posting their personal stories.
In the era of lip-syncing and pointing at text to a backing track of ‘trending audio’, I’ll be honest – I was relieved to find a solution that was focused on writing.
SPEAKING OF OPPORTUNITY…
Success on LinkedIn doesn’t have to mean posting every week. In fact, *I* don’t even post there every week — and here’s some of the cool stuff I’ve been able to do anyway, all thanks to LinkedIn.
Since everyone thinks LinkedIn has to be for “professionals” —
Here are some professional hills I’d happily die on:
Anyone who tells you ‘have to’ post five times a week on LinkedIn is usually just someone who knows how to be loud, not someone who knows how to be visible
LinkedIn is allowed to feel a bit scary, that’s not silly – but it doesn’t have to stop you from posting there (you can do it scared!!)
LinkedIn is going to become an increasingly important part of the marketing funnel for creators and small business owners
You’re a better writer than ChatGPT. You don’t need it to ‘improve’ your content, and I can tell when you’ve used it. I’m way more interested in what you have to say than in a mass-generated perspective
You don’t need expert advice to start posting or succeed on LinkedIn, but good strategy and feedback will get you where you want to go faster
LinkedIn posts from a reformed ‘I just wouldn’t ever post on LinkedIn lol’ girl
…with screenshots of all the impressions etc bc I’m a girl’s girl and what’s the point if you can’t also be nosy about my numbers
Experience you *won’t* find in my LinkedIn profile
…although I probably would share all of this on there because, like I said: LinkedIn isn’t just for beige professional content

LET’S DO IT TOGETHER
No more lurking on LinkedIn, wondering whether it would work for you if you just gave it a chance.
It’s time to confidently stop ‘should-ing’ yourself and get posting. Because the sooner you do, the sooner you get to message me saying “Nicole, why didn’t I do this sooner?!” Posting on LinkedIn can be daunting. Let’s not pretend otherwise. Especially if you’re worried about what your old boss will think, or feel uncomfortable about showing up on a platform that has traditionally been more ‘corporate’ where you feel like you don’t belong.
When you work with me, though? We’re not making it harder than it has to be.
We build a clear plan and you’ll be supported along the way – no guessing what to post, or wondering how much to share. We work towards your goals together, building sustainable content habits to grow for the long-term.
