I've got so many opportunities from LinkedIn and I used to be so nervous to post! I've had gifted products, insane partnership opportunities and landed new client work. I was even headhunted for a massive brand from my posts!

This is how it looks to be a Lucky Girl using LinkedIn.

Week One

You’ve identified your ‘lucky’ goal and optimised for visibility on LinkedIn (and are also being picked up for key search terms by ChatGPT and Google).

Month One

You’ve submitted your first pieces of content for review. You’ve had feedback. You have been POSTING. We don’t sit on content. We take action.

Month Two

You’re posting consistently because it’s not taking three hours for one post any more. People are paying attention and mentioning your content on calls and in emails. You’re building momentum.

Month Three

You know which hooks, angles and themes work for you. You trust yourself and feel confident in your content. You’re reaching out to dream brands and getting replies. You have a community on LinkedIn that you’re excited about.

You’ve tried LinkedIn a bit before but…

So instead of having a process that’s easy and actually gets you opportunities, you post when you can, disappear when life gets busy and keep promising you’ll sort your marketing when you have time (which, spoiler alert, is never).

We’re not doing that any more.

You’re not just learning how to write for LinkedIn

You’re tapping into huge earning potential & personal brand growth by becoming visible.

I've had 4 recruiter enquiries, an interview booked, and two work projects booked, all in the first month after reworking my profile and three posts, which is amazing!!

You’re not the only one feeling sceptical about LinkedIn…

“I don’t know if LinkedIn will work for me”

One of the most common misconceptions I hear about LinkedIn is that it’s just not for some people. But that’s not true!

It’s the ultimate space for creators and creatives to tap into a captive audience of dream brands and other biz owners.

…but while we’re here, there are more myths we can bust that are absolutely and unequivocally not true:

“It feels like the algorithm keeps changing”

“I’m too nervous to start, it seems like a lot of work”

“My competitors already post there, I’ll get lost”

“You have to post videos on LinkedIn if you want to do well”

You deserve a quick, easy way of getting new clients that doesn’t require hours on Instagram.

or trying to film and edit the perfect video for a fickle TikTok algorithm. But you know that already. You just haven’t made the jump yet.

Honestly, I don’t blame you. I know just how uncomfortable LinkedIn can feel, because I’ve been there. From having to use it for cold pitching back when I was in a job I hated, and dreading logging on bc my network was full of people who were so not my people… to now being the #1 hype woman and using it to land partnerships, connect with new clients, and meet some of my favourite people.

It’s a lot of pressure to know how much to share without just posting to your old colleagues, and how to connect to your ideal client – without feeling like you’re pushing a hard sell.

No wonder you’ve not been posting there. Running a business is hard enough, without you worrying about showing up on a platform that you’re just not sure about yet. If your only experience with LinkedIn is logging on and not seeing any posts from people you vibe with - to go from that to posting on there regularly feels impossible to add to your plate.

Got completely booked out to new clients six months in advance

I just don’t know if my people are on LinkedIn. What if I can’t find them?

I will hold your hand when I say this… there are now more than 1B people on LinkedIn. These days it’s less of an ‘if’ people are on there and more of a ‘how’ they are on there. Only 1% of people actually post content there regularly.

So your people are probably on there, but they’re just lurking at the moment. They’re waiting to be shown what they need. But currently… you’re lurking as well. And bottom line — two lurkers are never going to locate one another!!

I have yet to meet a single person in an industry that LinkedIn doesn’t work for. And trust me when I say I have worked with an expansive list of different people. It’s not a question of whether your people are on there, it’s just working out how to engage them. Making sure you’re front of mind. Knowing how to communicate with them so you become unmissable.

I’m just not sure I have time - I have a really busy period coming up.

As business owners, being busy is less of a momentary blip and more of a constant state of mind. If we tick a task off, we fill that gap with three more things. Waiting to be less busy doesn’t move the needle. We have designed the course to be action-focused, with each module designed to make a difference, and help you progress (and post!) while you learn.

No time is wasted or lost, and you have a full six months to work through the course - posting as you go. This is holding you accountable to do the things you know will make a difference, while acknowledging that we’re busy people that don’t have spare time to faff around.

You’re only a LinkedIn post or two away from…

Showing up as the face of your business and as a very confident founder in every area of your business

Peace of mind at finally having a flow of inbound work that is consistent, no more panic posting

Finally having a method of marketing your business that doesn’t take as long as your client work
